Holiday Specials
Turkey Cake - The Famous Turkey Cake. A chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and hand decorated in butter cream icing- weighing in at 5 pounds and 10” tall. Use this edible work of art as a centerpiece to your Thanksgiving Buffet. Serves 15.
Pumpkin Ripieno - Pumpkin Gelato in the natural fruit shell.
Juniors Seven Layer Cake - Back to the streets of Brooklyn when such a dessert was as special event happening. Seven Layers of yellow cake layered in butter cream icing and covered in chocolate.
Juniors Yule Log - A role of cake smothered in chocolate and made to look like a fallen tree in the woods. This Holiday dessert has a tradition that goes back to the XII century.
Gelato / Semifredo / Mousse:
Chocolate Tarfuto – Zabaione cream center, surrounded by chocolate gelato and caramelized hazelnuts and topped with cocoa powder.
Cassata – The Traditional Sicilian Semifreddo. Zabaione cream with a heart of chocolate gelato, laced with candied fruit.
Bomba – Classic vanilla and chocolate gelato separated by cherry and sliced almonds covered in cinnamon and finished with a chocolate shell.
Exotic Bomba – Mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbet, covered in a white chocolate shell and drizzled with chocolate.
Tiramisu Cup – Coffee and Zabaione cream on a layer of sponge cake soaked in espresso and dusted with cocoa powder.
Cakes:
Fruit Fantasy – Short pastry base filled with Chantilly cream and topped with fresh pineapples, kiwis, peaches, strawberries and grapes. Serves 12.
Mixed Berry – Short Pasty base filled with Chantilly cream, topped with a layer of sponge cake and lavishly garnished with blueberries, blackberries, red currents, raspberries and strawberries. Serves 12.
Profiterol Pyramid – Profiterol dough puffed filled with Chantilly cream piled high and covered in chocolate.
White Profiterol (Tray) – Profiterol dough puffs filled with chocolate and coated with white vanilla cream.
Tiramisu Traditional – Mascarpone cream on a sponge base covered by row of espresso drenched ladyfingers, topped with waves of mascarpone and dusted with cocoa powder. Serves 11.

Lemon Ripieno – Refreshing lemon sorbet served in the natural fruit shell.
Orange Ripieno – Orange sorbet served in the natural fruit shell.
Peach Ripieno - Peach sorbet served in the natural fruit shell.
Coconut Ripieno – Creamed coconut sorbet in the natural shell.
Pumpkin Ripieno – Pumpkin gelato in the natural shell (Seasonal).
Pineapple Ripieno – Pineapple sorbet served in the natural fruit shell.
